Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on Cloud and Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in driving business growth within the technology and cloud services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in Cloud and Solutions services.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored cloud solutions.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the cloud services industry.
  5. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team by setting targets, providing guidance, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
  6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the technology and cloud services sector.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, migration, security, backup, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
  3. Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  4. Sales Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Results-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
